Fish in a bowl
Year 1 students drew fish with different patterns onto paper.
It was then taped onto clear plastic sheets ( I used old laminating sheets). The children used permanent black pen to copy over their fish. Once that was done they used coloured vivid pens.
The fish bowl was drawn and white crayon used for water features. Blue dye was added to most of the fish bowl. They cut up pieces of coloured paper for the weed and used the end of a paintbrush, dipped into coloured ink to represent the pebbles.
The fish was cut out from the plastic and PVA glued onto the bowl.
