This was a fun colour mixing activity. The Year 1 students placed paint onto one side of the paper, then closed the folded edge together. They were delighted to see their creations after the page had been pressed together firmly. The skill came when they had to identify the mouth, nose , eyes and any other features. They used black vivid to highlight.
